 Arnold Palmer opened The Carolina in 1997 and ever since this has been one of the top requested courses in the whole Pinehurst/Sandhills area. With dramatic elevation changes, some of over 100 feet, produce a course that fits the eye to a tee.
Located in Whispering Pines there are many features that make this course special and the way the designer has incorporated the natural wetlands which meander through this area along with the fast, undulating greens make this a Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play."
